ROB NOBLE FOR CHAIRMAN 11TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT

Rob Noble, Deputy Sheriff and U.S. Navy Veteran with Former Cook County Sheriff O'Grady

I am an America First / Michigan First American. I am a republican through and through. I am a U.S. Navy Veteran, a former Cook County Illinois Deputy Sheriff. I have a degree in the paralegal sciences and I am a staunch constitutional conservative.

I spent 25 years in Sales Management and Finance. I have been a resident of Michigan for 17 years. I am a law-and-order person.

I am also the former candidate for state house district 8 in these past midterms. I ran a strong and detailed campaign.

As a U.S. Navy veteran door gunner in H-1 Helicopters and also a deputy sheriff in Chicago, I have faced danger head on. While working side by side with fellow officers on the Sheriff’s Department we maintained peace and law and order inside one of the toughest jails in the nation; Cook County jail, and

on the street and working inside the Cook County court system.

The lessons learned in my days in the military and as a sheriff and in managing multi-million dollar businesses will lend to my leadership strengths in the 11th Congressional District.

I will continue honoring my oaths as a sheriff and to my country while serving the 11th Congressional District.

I took an oath twice in my life to protect the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Those oaths do not come with an expiration date!

Making Michigan & Oakland County Better ... Together

When our election results are not near what was expected, we complain about the Republican candidates when we should complain about continuing to elect the same old guard 'politician types' and expecting different results.

The 11th Congressional District deserves strong common sense leadership.

MR. PAUL TAROS FOR VICE-CHAIR

BUILDING A SOLID TEAM

Paul is a long-time member of the Republican party and he was the state house candidate for District 5 in the past midterms.

Paul Taros was born in Detroit, Michigan.

He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan in 1978 and his master's degree in business administration from Wayne State University in 1983.

He founded Taros & Associates, P.C. a Certified Public Accounting firm in 1990.

He was ambassador of the year for the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Board of Directors for Crossroads for Youth and was Treasurer for St. George Greek Orthodox Church.

LINKEDin PAUL TAROS

CONSTITUTIONAL SHERIFFS & PEACE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION

WE STAND with C.S.P.O.A.

As a former deputy, as a law-and-order candidate, as a believer in our constitution I take this very seriously. No one is above the law and we need to clean our own swamp also.

We believe our borders need to secured and the invasion of our country needs to end.

We believe in our 2nd amendment and the right to bear arms. We strictly oppose any national registration program such as a national background check which gives the government the opportunity to compile a list of fire arm owners and the weapons that they own.

We believe in protecting the people's 4th amendment rights.  the 4th Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.

VOTE NOBLE FOR LOGICAL COMMON SENSE LEADERSHIP

District 11 is AMERICA’s district. It is a melting pot of all races, colors, religions and creeds.'

We welcome ALL to join us in our fight for conservative values.

As a constitutional conservative I believe that the Constitution is the very foundation of our great country.

STANDING FOR WE THE PEOPLE

LET'S MAKE MICHIGAN BETTER...TOGETHER

OUR FOCUS FOR THE 11TH

COMMON SENSE LOGICAL LEADERSHIP

OUR FOCUS

--We will work with the new leaders at the top of our party for our common goals.

--We believe in the proper backing and support for all of our candidates not the cherry picking of those that are in line with certain views vs. those that may have different opinions. We are Republicans and all our candidates need our support to get over the finish line.

--We are focused on overturning the Hickory Map for the state house and the Linden Senate map. We are being gerrymandered and I have the numbers to prove it. In Oakland County, House Districts 5,6,7,8 and Senate districts 3, 8, now cross into Detroit.

--We are focused on the census undercounting Republican voter areas and using this misinformation to alter proper district lines. This is a major issue that has been addressed in legal actions.

--We are focused on establishing cultural outreach teams bringing in and involving all people in the district. This needs to be a full team effort. Our doors ARE OPEN TO ALL.

--We are focused on bringing in the youth vote and building a strong coalition of young voters.

--We will rebuild trust by cleaning our own swamp first. We cannot give the democrats any ammunition.

--We will run the 11th in a Law-and-Order transparent fashion.

--We stand firmly with and believe in the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association.

--We believe in providing local delegate training and allow them to do their jobs with accountability.

--We are focused on rebuilding the trust that has been lost in our voting base and our donor base. We do this by being transparent, talking straight and opening the lines of communication through meetings, events, home meetings with small groups, community meetings with larger groups and being visible within the county district area.

--We are focused on working with the OCRP as one combined organization especially since the 11th congressional is 100% within the county lines of Oakland County. We need to work together and be on the same page and direction with the same message.

When the people put their trust in the Republican Party and we do not deliver wins, we all lose. We lose their trust; we lose their funding support and most importantly we lose their votes.

Now is time for a serious change of direction, placing the same type of people in leadership positions over and over and expecting different results in the wrong path.

LEADERSHIP MODEL OF SUCCESS

We cannot continue on the same path and expect different results. Our State Leadership and 11th congressional leadership has failed the party, the candidates, the delegates and what is worse….. it has failed the people in Michigan, Oakland County and the 11th Congressional district.

The reality is the State GOP leadership and the house and senate members FAILED and remained in 1965 instead of the year 2022. They underestimated Proposal 3 and the abortion issue. They thought that the party was strong enough and smart enough to change 50 years of federally mandated women’s rights and to tell women that you are wrong and to take a far-right religious zealot stance.

How insanely foolish regardless of what their personal opinion is on the issue. They cost the Republicans the first loss of the house and senate in FOUR DECADES.

The House and Senate should have put a ‘Roe’ proposal out as soon as the leak from the supreme court was confirmed. When they did not, the State GOP Leadership should have injected their power to make it happen. They were to narcissistic in their far-right beliefs.

Alas, there was no vision, and more importantly no courage and no strength. This is why there is a demand for change that is needed in our party.

This would have helped children and parents and protected the rights of parental interaction in their children’s lives.

Their failures have taken parental rights away and actually hurt women’s rights in Michigan.

It would have gotten bi-partisan support and the Governor could not VETO it without committing political suicide.

The abortion issue would have been off of the table and the candidates could have focused on the real issues destroying this state. But their far-right focus made the G.O.P. DOA.

Dixon, DePerno and Karamo could not fight back since the money didn’t show up from the state and the RNC.

In the military and in law enforcement we are trained one very simple rule; ‘When you are on the defense you cannot advance.

The next failure at the state level and in the 11th was a lack of funding, a lack of vision, definitely a lack courage and common sense. There should have been and should be a class action lawsuit by all congressional districts, the state Republican Party, the RNC and the community officials in Detroit.  The Detroit officials did file a lawsuit in January to alter the redistricting. (Detroit Free Press Jan 3 2022) ‘The maps adopted by Michigan's citizen-led, independent redistricting commission eliminate majority-Black congressional and state Senate districts that currently run through Detroit and reduce the number of Detroit majority-Black districts in the new state House map.’

The redistricting committee was completely biased and the evidence is overwhelming. First; they are in direct violation of the redistricting criteria. These districts are not compact. The average is they run 20 miles north to south. Next; they DO give the Democrats a disproportionate advantage to their political party. Next;  Districts shall reflect consideration of county, city, and township boundaries. Now the coup de grace; of the 13 committee members, the only two African Americans on the panel, were both Democrats and here is the nail in the coffin; they are both from DETROIT. How did the committee ALLOW TWO PEOPLE FROM THE SAME CITY AND PARTY on the Commission? The optics and the reality show complete gerrymandering by the committee in favor of the democrats.

The 11th had $12,000 to give to candidates. Only 3 state house candidates of 20 house and senate races were given funds and the leadership of the 11th Cherry Picked their candidates of choice and left all of the other candidates go unsupported.

THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN ON MY WATCH. ALL OF OUR CANDIDATES HAVE VALUE.

The Reality and the Facts……….. There are 4 House Districts in Oakland and 4 in Macomb Counties that now cross into Detroit proper. Here are the facts of the mid-terms.

Of 8 districts in Oakland and Macomb that cross into Detroit, 1 district under MI-11 (district 7) was unopposed and had no GOP representation. WHY?

1 State Senate race (dist. 3) did not have any GOP representation. WHY?

Of the remaining 7 districts, (5,6,8,11,12,13,14) between Oakland County and Macomb County; the GOP candidates in these Detroit areas only received a total of 2,345 votes out of 78,093 total votes cast.

Further evidence: Detroit had a voter turn-out of 33.75% (due to Proposal 3)

A total of 171,635 people voted.

Straight Party Voting -

Democrats   129,613

Republicans     4,448

Other Parties  1,803

In the 4 state house districts in Oakland County of the 171,613 total votes, 55,665 votes in Detroit were in our 4 districts.

How can any republican candidate win in any race when the bias is so far left democratic? We must fight and get a fair and balanced redistricting or the next ten years will be erode the republican party in house district 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Oakland County.

My top priority is too organize the legal action necessary to fight this complete bias toward the democratic party!

STRONG SLATE | SAME PAGE

We are organizing a slate of leaders that each have unique skill sets, who can work together and who are on the same page and the same direction for the 11th Congressional District.

Electing individuals wastes time on working through their own individual personal opinions.

With the short timeframe of election cycles, we need a team to hit the ground running.

We will be facing a state house, U.S. Congressional, and Presidential election in 2024. We cannot waste time discussing directions while the time passes us by.

Now is the time for a serious change of direction, placing the same type of people in leadership positions over and over and expecting different results in the wrong path.
